The clocks leap forward into summertime on March 29th so join us on that Sunday afternoon then to celebrate the new season.
Open shed events on the Leaze happen monthly (weather permitting) during the summer months.

Edmonsham House Garden

An intrepid group of WAA members braved the February weather to visit Edmonsham House garden for a fascinating tour of a beautiful no dig organic kitchen garden, led by head gardener Andrew Haynes. He was full of information about creating good compost and nurturing the soil, and growing using no dig methods. And then we enjoyed a warming cup of tea with cake inside the unique Edmonsham House. Thank you Matt Philips, our social secretary, for organising the trip.

Stewarts Greenhouse tour

A pre Christmas tour of Stewarts Nurseries amazing new greenhouse production lines. A far cry from allotment gardening, but interesting all the same.
